glibc should validate params for NULL pointers

It is interesting looking at glibc bug db, on one ticket we've got engineers saying a crash isn't necessarily glibc, and could be the usage of glibc. Other tickets say the caller should be checking,

Why not simply make glibc as robust as we can? Are they going to make free(NULL) also crash next!?

Libre Office fixes for 2011 - bounties!

I'll add £100 bug bounty for a fix for each of these:

A) Accept "Sept" as month. So can enter "10 Sept 2011" and Libre Office Calc will enter this as a date type.

B) Accept Calc cell entries like: = 1,004.33 + 4,000.64
-- Currently it just displays "Err:509"

There are many £1 counterfeits in circulation. Simple fix, issue in bi-metalic, these are much harder to counterfeit

Email 2.0 - We all need PGP email, for certainty and to prevent spam

It's been decades since PGP was invented, but we still all send email in the clear.

For everyone to benefit from encrypted/signed email, it has to be easy. Even as easy as the keys resiging on the GMail or Yahoo!Mail server. The lack of ease, is the only thing preventing addoption.

I'd like to email my accountant, and colleagues confidential documents, but I can't because the email would be un-encrypted.

Likewise, the person emailing me would be able to sign their email with a PGP signature. If that signature was invalid, I would know it was fraudulent.

PGP would assist with anti-spam systems, because I don't have to accept email from someone with a 0 PGP rating of their email address, the same way I don't have to buy from an eBay user with (0) feedbacks ;)
